I think basically all of the instant or free domain name appraisal services or not accurate. If you are serious about selling the domain name and getting a domain name appraisal, I would recommend asking some fellow domainers or pay for a professional evaluation.

I prefer to leave all of my whois information public. I have actually made a few nice sales from people finding my contact information through whois
