what is the difference between Internal and inbound links?
#4
Internal links (also known as interlinking) are links on your website that lead to other pages on the same website, whereas inbound links are backlinks on other websites that lead back to yours.

Internal links are beneficial because existing pages can act as a bridge for new pages to achieve higher Google rankings. Linking from new content to other indexed and high-quality, high-ranking pages on your website can help boost that new content.

Inbound links are links that come from other websites into your website; Google refers to these as referrals. Each referral you receive from Google counts as a point in your favour. Link building is the process of acquiring these types of links.
